A Return and Refund policy of 1Up Plumbing LLC

• Terms of return (Any customer of 1Up Plumbing Services or affiliate of company who refuses payment for services will receive a return and notice of nonpayment, followed within 90 days of service end date with subpoena to court for filing a mechanics lien)

 • Terms of refund (All estimates and invoices upon signing prior to and after completion of services is found to be true and included within notation of both document, we will not issue a refund, if you ask us to cease project we will upon writing)

• Reservations and booking (Under no circumstances will we refund a reservation or booking fee as it is exactly for reservation of our time and adjustment to our calendars and clients, if you’d like to reschedule call us)
